With one and a half year left until the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Stockholm and Herning, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the 2025 IIHF WM has revealed the logo and graphic profile for the Championship. The Organizing Committee together with their agency have developed the slogan: “Pulse”.
During the IIHF Annual Congress in Bratislava in May 2019, Sweden/Denmark's bid to host the 2025 IIHF WM in Stockholm and Herning was successfully accepted. Preparations are in full swing and the Championship 2025 IIHF WM logo together with the look & feel is now officially revealed.
- We have worked together for a long time and have a common ambition to build a magical experience in the arena, but also a hockey party that carries on beyond the ice hockey rink, both in Stockholm and in Herning, says Tony Wirehn, CEO of the LOC of the 2025 IIHF WM.
"To create an event that leaves a lasting impression, it is important to work early on the marketing and ticketing strategy to bring the ice field hockey family together in an ice hockey festival that will resonate throughout both hosting countries and the entire ice hockey world. The goal, of course, is a sold-out hockey festival where everyone can feel the pulse of world-class ice hockey," says Jessica Linnman, Marketing and Communications Director of the LOC of the 2025 IIHF WM.
The logo together with the brand for the 2025 IIHF WM have been developed in close collaboration with the International Ice Hockey Federation.
