After the gold medal game, the winners of the tournament directorate's individual awards were announced, as well as the MVP and tournament All-Star Team, as voted by the accredited media at the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.

Caroline Harvey, USA, was named tournament MVP. She was also voted to the media All-Star Team and named Best Defender by the tournament directorate.

Harvey, who led the tournamen t in scoring, has been named to the IIHF World Championship All-Star Team three times in the past.

The bronze medal winning team, Switzerland, has two players on the All-Star Team, as goaltender Andrea Brandli and forward Anina Muller – who scored the OT winner in the bronze medal game – made the cut. The defenders are Harvey and her USA teammate Laila Edwards, who was also in the top 10 in tournament scoring.

Canada’s Marie-Philip Poulin and Team USA’s Hannah Bilka are the two remaining forwards on the All-Star Team. Bilka led all American forwards in scoring. Poulin missed two games due to an injury but scored in her return in the quarterfinal against Germany, and both of Canada’s goals in a 2-1 semifinal win over Brandli’s Switzerland.
