The winners of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship directorate's individual awards were announced after the gold medal game, as were the tournament MVP and All-Star Team, as voted by the accredited media.
 
Switzerland captain Roman Josi made a clean sweep of the awards: he was voted on the All-Star Team and named tournament MVP as well as Best Defender. Norway’s Henrik Haukeland was named Best Goaltender while Best Forward went to Canada’s Macklin Celebrini who finished the tournament with fourteen points in ten games. 
 
Celebrini was also the only player on the media All-Star team not on a gold medal game team. Goaltender Leonardo Genoni and forward Sven Andrighetto join Josi from the Swiss team, while the two Finns on the All-Star team are defender Henri Jokiharju and forward Aleksander Barkov.
