The IIHF has announced the winners of the individual awards and the tournament All-Star Team following the gold medal game of the 2026 IIHF World U18 Men’s Championship.
 
Timothy Kazda was named MVP following a poll among journalists at the tournament. The Slovak forward had 12 (6+6) points to fire his country to the gold medal game.

Scoring leader Elton Hermansson of Sweden was chosen as the best forward by the tournament directorate. His goal in the final took him to 12 (4+8) points. The directorate also picked out Latvia’s Patriks Plumins as best goalie and Slovak captain Adam Goljer as best defender.

Those three players also made the media’s select team, along with Kazda, USA forward Wyatt Cullen and Swedish defender Malte Gustafsson.
