Game schedules released for all lower divisions of Women’s World Championships

Following the World Girls’ Ice Hockey Weekend, the IIHF brings another update from the world of women’s hockey by releasing the game schedules for all lower divisions of the 2026 IIHF Women’s World Championship tournaments.

While the top division of the 2026 IIHF Women’s World Championship, set to take place from 6 to 16 November 2026 in Denmark, will have its schedule announced at a later date, the IIHF has now published the schedules for all six lower division tournaments within the Women’s World Championship program. These events will take place across Europe and Asia throughout the spring of 2026.

The upcoming season will feature six tournaments across different lower divisions and host nations. Division I, Group A will be played in Budapest, Hungary, from 12 to 18 April 2026, while Division I, Group B will take place during the same week in Puigcerdà, Spain. The Division II, Group A tournament will be hosted in Bled, Slovenia, from 13 to 19 April 2026, and Division II, Group B will be staged in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, from 30 March to 5 April 2026. Earlier in the season, Division III, Group A will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, from 23 February to 1 March 2026, followed by Division III, Group B in Kohtla-Järve, Estonia, from 28 February to 6 March 2026.

The release of these schedules marks another milestone in the IIHF’s ongoing efforts to strengthen and promote women’s hockey worldwide. A list of links to all six tournament schedules can be found below:
